Account Executive – Outside Sales

Responsibilities
- Find and develop new business through sales leads, cold calling and relationship building.
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline.
- Manage and prioritize sales training, sales calls and sales leads throughout the entire selling process.
- Participate in individual planning sessions and department sales meetings.
- Attain Monthly/YTD Quota as described in Airband’s Sales Activity Model.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date records and manage opportunities, accounts, and contacts within Salesforce database.
- Keep updated on industry changes in technology and marketplace opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years Telecom experience selling Voice and Data Solutions to businesses.
- Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and account management.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, energetic and well-organized.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
