Account Executive – Outside Sales

Responsibilities

  • Find and develop new business through sales leads, cold calling and relationship building.
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline.
  • Manage and prioritize sales training, sales calls and sales leads throughout the entire selling process.
  • Participate in individual planning sessions and department sales meetings.
  • Attain Monthly/YTD Quota as described in Airband’s Sales Activity Model.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and manage opportunities, accounts, and contacts within Salesforce database.
  • Keep updated on industry changes in technology and marketplace opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Telecom experience selling Voice and Data Solutions to businesses.
  • Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, energetic and well-organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
