Seeking a highly talented and motivated individual who wants to be part of a Team that has set out to re-define the broadband market. Airband offers an exciting future, excellent benefits, competitive base salary/commission plan, satisfying challenges and a corporate culture that encourages innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop channel partners through sales leads, cold calling and relationship building
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline
- Provide assistance and support to the end-user sales organization in the sale of products and services through the company’s agent and reseller partner programs
- Manage and prioritize sales training, sales calls and sales leads throughout the entire selling process. Work with internal staff during the quotation process
- Participate in individual planning sessions and department sales meetings
- Attain Monthly/YTD Quota as described in Airband’s Sales Activity Model
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts
- Keep updated on industry changes in technology and marketplace opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Partner/Channel management
- Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and account management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, energetic and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to travel
