Seeking a highly talented and motivated individual who wants to be part of a Team that has set out to re-define the broadband market. Airband offers an exciting future, excellent benefits, competitive base salary/commission plan, satisfying challenges and a corporate culture that encourages innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop channel partners through sales leads, cold calling and relationship building
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end by maintaining a prospect database and sales pipeline
  • Provide assistance and support to the end-user sales organization in the sale of products and services through the company’s agent and reseller partner programs
  • Manage and prioritize sales training, sales calls and sales leads throughout the entire selling process.  Work with internal staff during the quotation process
  • Participate in individual planning sessions and department sales meetings
  • Attain Monthly/YTD Quota as described in Airband’s Sales Activity Model
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts
  • Keep updated on industry changes in technology and marketplace opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Partner/Channel management
  • Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and account management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, energetic and well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to travel
